Tourism marketing · South-East Asia

Tourists can't choose you if they can't find you.

BOOST fixes the four places a booking decision actually happens — search, Maps, reviews and your booking page. We start by showing you what a traveller sees today.

The two minutes that decide it

Your next customer is deciding right now, and you are not in the room.

They open Maps, type a search and give the results about ten seconds each. Rating, review count, recent photos, whether the booking link works. The whole thing happens before anyone reaches your website — and most operators have never once looked at it from that side.

01 — THEY SEARCH

Intent, with a place attached

"Best spa Seminyak." "Dive shop Koh Tao." "Hotel near Ha Long pier." If you are below the first handful of results, you are not in the shortlist at all.

02 — THEY JUDGE

Four signals, ten seconds

Star rating. How many reviews. Whether the photos look like this year. Whether the hours say open. That is the entire first impression, and none of it is on your website.

03 — THEY BOOK

One tap forward, or one tap back

A working reserve button keeps them. A broken link, a slow page or a form asking for eight fields sends them back to the results — where a competitor is waiting.

What changes

The same business, one month apart.

This is the shape of a first month's work: not more posts, but a higher position, a better rating and a booking link that works.

Get found

Your business profile rebuilt properly — the categories, services and attributes that decide which searches you appear in, plus listings on the platforms travellers in your market actually use.

  • Google Business Profile rebuild
  • Category & service mapping
  • Listing sync across booking and travel platforms
  • Monthly position tracking on your real search terms

02

Get trusted

A system that asks every satisfied customer for a review at the moment they are most likely to leave one, and a way of handling the bad ones that does not make things worse.

  • Review request flow at checkout or checkout-equivalent
  • Response handling and templates for your team
  • Photo set direction and refresh schedule
  • Name, address and hours consistent everywhere

03

Get chosen

Most tourism sites lose people somewhere between interested and booked. We find where, and fix it — usually the mobile layout, the wording above the fold, or the number of taps to reserve.

  • Booking-path teardown, tap by tap
  • Messaging and page structure
  • Mobile fixes where most of your traffic already is
  • Landing pages for seasons and campaigns

04

Know what changed

A baseline on day one, then a one-page report each month you can read in two minutes. Positions, profile views, direction requests, calls, bookings. No impressions, no reach.

  • Day-one baseline you can hold us to
  • Monthly one-pager, plain language
  • Position and profile tracking
  • Quarterly review call

The whole idea

Presence drives profit.

Every booking starts with being seen. Everything we do works backwards from that moment — the search result, the star rating, the photos, and the tap that turns interest into a reservation.

Why BOOST

We are not a social media agency.

We are a full-service tourism growth agency.

There is nothing wrong with posting. It is just not what decides whether a traveller books you, and it is the only thing most agencies sell.

About BOOST

Hands-on, specialised and based where you are.

BOOST works with tourism and tourism-dependent businesses across South-East Asia — accommodation, food and drink, wellness, tours, activities, clinics and the businesses that live on visitor traffic. One industry, one region. We are not trying to be a general agency.

The reason is narrow expertise. Search behaviour in a beach town in Krabi is not the same as in Bangkok, the platforms that matter in Vietnam are not the ones that matter in the Philippines, and a dive shop's booking path has almost nothing in common with a spa's. Knowing that is most of the job.

BOOST is new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. There are no client logos on this page because we have not earned them yet, and we would rather show you nothing than borrow someone else's credibility. The free week exists for exactly this reason: judge us on what we do in your business, not on a page of testimonials.

Questions

Before you
start.

Anything not answered here, ask us directly — we will give you a straight answer or tell you we do not know.

What happens during the free week?

It opens with a short onboarding call to agree what matters most, then we work: a review of your priority pages, an audit of your social presence, three branded assets, a three-day content plan, a lead-capture preview and a written summary. It closes with a 45-minute call to go through what we found.

Everything produced in the week is yours to keep. If a package or plan fits afterwards we will put it in writing with a fixed scope and price. If nothing fits, we will say so.

Do you take control of my Google or social accounts?

No. We work inside your accounts as an added manager. You own them the whole way through and you can remove our access in two clicks. If an agency asks you to create accounts under their name, that is a reason to walk away.

How fast does any of this actually work?

Profile and listing work shows up in days — hours, photos, booking links and categories update quickly. Search position and review volume take weeks to months, because they depend on real customer behaviour accumulating.

Anyone promising first position in a fortnight is either guessing or selling you something.

Do you only work with hotels?

No — accommodation is one sector out of many, and roughly one client in three. Restaurants, cafés and bars, spas and wellness, dive and watersports, tour and activity operators, golf clubs, clinics treating international visitors, car and bike rental, and real-estate agencies selling to overseas buyers.

The four decision points are the same for all of them: whether a traveller can find you, whether what they see makes them trust you, and whether booking or enquiring takes one tap or five.

Do you write content or run ads?

We write what the profiles, listings and pages we are fixing need. We do not run ads until the basics are right — paying for traffic into a broken booking path is the most common way we see tourism businesses waste money.

What if my business is too small for this?

A single-van tour operator has the same four decision points as a two-hundred-room resort, and usually more to gain, because nobody has ever looked at them. The free week costs you nothing and tells you either way.
